Is it a case of the Week 2 blues? Fans of NBC’s Show, “The Biggest Loser,” know that the number of pounds lost by contestants in the second week on the “Biggest Loser Ranch” is usually disappointing.
As our WDG Fit Team gets into the swing of our exercise challenge, we know we may have ups and downs. Our second week resulted in fewer hours exercised overall, but some individuals did step up to the plate and did more than they had before!
